Lyn and David Laidle would like to extend a warm welcome to The Old Drapery Bed & Breakfast, which is a Non-Smoking establishment, located on the Main Street of Lowick Village, in the Borders Regions of North Northumberland.  All the rooms are en-Suite with hospitality trays and TV.

The Old Drapery was built in the Mid Nineteenth Century and Clothing was actually made on the premises by a small group of Tailors.  At the Turn of the Century, it became a Doctor's Surgery and Dispensary, until 1930, when it was taken over by the Sinton Family and run as a Drapers and Outfitters.  It was later expanded by the oldest son, Robert Sinton, into a General Dealers, until his retirement in 1999, and then remained vacant until Lyn and David converted the premises into a cosy, well appointed guest house.  It is centrally situated in an area of exceptional natural beauty, within easy travelling distance of the many historic landmarks and local attractions that abound throughout this part of the region.

Tariff:   £25 - £28 per person per night, including a Full English Breakfast.
(Single room supplement applies)
